Wetink Printing Press ("we", "us") is a printing and branding business based at Shop No. 5, Tudun Yola Road, Kabuga, Kano State, Nigeria. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us through our contact and order forms, or by messaging or calling us:

• Name, business or organization name
• Phone number, WhatsApp number and email address
• Delivery location
• Order details (products, quantities, sizes, colours, deadlines), notes, and any artwork links or references you share

We do not ask for payment card details, bank details or government ID through this website. Please do not send them in form fields.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, take and produce your order, arrange pickup or delivery, and keep you updated. This is necessary to take steps you have asked for before, or as part of, a contract with us. Where you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we use your details to reply, based on your request and our legitimate interest in running our business. We do not use your details for marketing unless you have separately agreed to it, and we do not sell or rent your personal data.

How your form submissions travel

When you submit a form, the details are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes them to us as an email at our business inbox. The service processes the submission only to deliver it to us. Because these providers may operate outside Nigeria, your data can be processed in other countries; we rely on the provider's own data-protection commitments and only use services that we consider reasonably secure.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, that communication is also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or your network provider under their own privacy terms.

Third-party services on this website

• Google Fonts loads the typefaces used on the site. Your browser requests them from Google, which may receive your IP address and browser details.
• Google Maps is embedded on our Contact page and may set its own cookies or collect usage data when it loads.
• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to us, as described above.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics tools on this website, and we do not set our own cookies.

Information stored in your browser

This website stores a small amount of data on your own device, and none of it is sent to us until you press submit. Your light or dark mode choice is remembered. While you fill in the order form, a draft of what you have typed (which can include your name, phone number and email) is saved in your browser so you do not lose it if you leave the page; it is removed once you successfully submit. You can clear it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to respond, complete your order and handle any after-sales questions or complaints, and for any period we need to keep business records under Nigerian law. After that, they are deleted or securely archived.

Keeping it safe

Submissions go to a restricted business email inbox, and we limit access to the people who need it to handle your order. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

Under the NDPA, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal data about you and give you a copy, correct anything that is inaccurate, delete data we no longer need, restrict or object to certain uses, and provide your data in a commonly used format where this applies.
